Konica Minolta Poland acquires long-term associate Copy Partner

To further assert its leadership in the office printing market and expand its customer base in the SMB sector, Konica Minolta Business Solutions Polska s.p. z.o.o. (Konica Minolta Poland) has acquired its long-term business associate Copy Partner Marek Szczytowski S.K.A. (Copy Partner).


Langenhagen/Germany, August 4th, 2014On 31 July 2014, Konica Minolta Poland finalized the acquisition of the Warsaw based office services provider Copy Partner. The purchase further strengthens Konica Minolta’s leading market position in Poland by acquiring Copy Partner’s solid customer base office assets and renowned reputation. Konica Minolta will take on 28 employees and thereby guarantee a smooth transition for former Copy Partner customers. The acquisition will be highly beneficial for the customers of all branches of Copy Partner, for example in Warsaw, Gdansk, and Katowice, as they will have access to the full service and sales portfolio of Konica Minolta.“The agreement with Copy Partner fits in perfectly with Konica Minolta’s SMB strategy on the Polish market.
