Konica Minolta increases Indirect Channel collaboration with pan European approach

With the focus on aligning its indirect sales structure in Europe, Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe (Konica Minolta) is unveiling its Partner Programme for European dealers. The Partner Programme integrates the most rewarding experiences and best practices of Konica Minolta’s cooperation with its European representatives so far.

Concentrating on the growth of its channel partner business, Konica Minolta wants to entice and motivate its resellers with realistic targets and profitable benefits. The Partner Programme has been created to recognise, reward and support those dealer partners, who demonstrate their commitment to selling and promoting Konica Minolta products. Where country-specific partner programmes were already in operation, these have been revised and adapted to the, harmonized structure. In countries, where the Konica Minolta subsidiaries did not yet operate an incentive programme for dealers, the Partner Programme will now also be introduced.

Recognising the different needs and demands in the European markets, the programme enables the different countries to address localised requirements, maximising the benefits to the Indirect Channel Partners. Pursuing transparency and common standards, Konica Minolta has aligned the levels that partners can achieve within the programme by means of a scoring system; these range from the basic “Partner” to “Advanced Partner,” “Premium Partner” and ultimately “Elite Partner.” Each level has unique benefits and advantages. The higher the partner level, the more benefits the dealer will be able to take advantage of. Besides varied bonuses and discounts, this includes Konica Minolta’s support for their partners’ business development, sales, IT, marketing, HR and training activities. Beyond that, the accredited Konica Minolta Partners can obtain official authorisation as Optimised Print Services Partner, Production Printing, Solutions, and/or Service & Support Partner.
