Konica Minolta unveils AccurioPro Dashboard to help customers rethink printroom efficiencies

Langenhagen, Germany | 11 April 2022

Konica Minolta has launched AccurioPro Dashboard to maximise printroom efficiencies by reducing downtime and production costs. The new, innovative software tool powering advanced digital experience with on-demand printing comes in two versions, Essential and Ultimate, and will help customers to work smarter and rethink efficiencies.

User-friendly AccurioPro Dashboard from Konica Minolta automatically collects device information that is analysed to provide fast, accurate and comprehensive data to increase overall productivity for customers in real-time working across the entire production environment.

The intelligent, licensed multi-language software tool can be used with Konica Minolta’s broad range of AccurioPrint and AccurioPress devices and is targeted at a broad range of print environments across graphic arts and enterprise document printing. These include financial institutions, data centres, commercial print operations, direct mail and fulfilment, inplant and central reprographic departments, copy shops and other general office print environments.

Konica Minolta’s rich featured entry-level solution, AccurioPro Dashboard Essential, offers customers a highly attractive price/performance ratio to help them leverage production data from essential production perspectives, such as print jobs and print media. The Ultimate version delivers extremely detailed reports and compares productivity of consecutive weeks. It features a menu called AccurioPro Dashboard Ultimate Single Item, which is a full cloud service and provides more intelligent and simpler information platform for reducing print downtimes or increasing production capacities. Ultimate also gives detailed recommendations on how to improve the uptime of the devices in a print room. A powerful analytics tool enables deep-dive analytics to determine root causes of losses/profits and comprehensive analyses for actual time and resources required during production. Both versions, Essential and Ultimate, are proprietary developments by Konica Minolta.

“With the exponential growth in web-2-print orders, maintaining optimal production resources is critical for business success as customers continue to rethink efficiencies as part of digital transformation"

André Statkus

Senior Product Manager Professional Printing, Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe

“Opportunities are everywhere. Our innovative AccurioPro Dashboard helps customers work smarter by providing fast, accurate and comprehensive data to reduce costs and increase the overall productivity.

“The software helps to ignite new production possibilities and is an important tool at all levels. On the one hand, executives do not have time to get a detailed picture of their production data, so they need to only see the information to need to make business decisions. On the other, this software enables employees on the shop floor to visualise and measure their own progress, keeping operators engaged and motivated throughout their shift.”
