Colourfast Financial launches getitprinted.com with UK’s first Konica Minolta AccurioJet KM-1

| 3 June 2019

Brentwood-based financial printer Colourfast Financial is set to break into the UK’s £1billion personalised consumer print market with the launch of getitprinted.com, following a six-figure investment in the UK’s first digital UV inkjet AccurioJet KM-1 production press from Konica Minolta.

With a targeted first-year turnover of £2m turnover, getitprinted.com offers a 24-hour high-quality print service for products including perfect-bound books, bespoke packaging, large scale format printing, flyers, business cards and photobooks. Orders can be made online through www.getitprinted.com.

Made possible thanks to an investment in the new AccurioJet KM-1 printer from Konica Minolta, getitprinted.com can print on materials ranging from 60 to 600micron material including heavily textured uncoated and plastics – all with the quality and look of lithographic printing within a 24-hour print and despatch turnaround. The machine will be operational within a month.

The Essex-based business, a long-established Konica Minolta customer, has also purchased a new digital cutting table, an LED wide format press which can print on high-value, speciality rigid and flexible materials, and has refurbished its print facility to create an additional 2,000 sq. ft of production space.
