Whether it’s vehicle traffic, logistics, construction or even sports, capturing, processing and interpreting visual information is becoming more and more important. Konica Minolta provides highly efficient monitoring systems, some of them featuring 3-dimensional laser scanners. These enable tracking workers and creating heatmaps of factory floors, thus helping to boost efficiency. Other systems can contribute to operational safety by, for example, visualising otherwise undetectable gas leaks.
With the Internet of Things (IoT), Industry 4.0 and data handling, digitalisation has now reached manufacturing companies, too.
