| 26 January 2016

Konica Minolta Business Solutions (Konica Minolta) has developed its Managed Content Services and continuously extended its competences in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) in recent years. Konica Minolta is set to showcase its state-of-the-art business solutions at the world’s largest IT trade fair, CeBIT, which is being held from 14 to 18 March this year. As one of the leading providers of consultancy on document and information process solutions, together with services relating to their implementation and management, Konica Minolta will be offering CeBIT visitors live demonstrations of typical ECM workflows and solution modules for the digital age, and will show how to design and establish these within businesses. Konica Minolta will be located in Hall 3, at stand H17, and will also be displaying new business fields.

Companies are increasingly facing information overload and the number of documents they have to deal with is constantly growing. This is leading to the problem of having more and more filed data without a proper structure. As a consequence, research institutes estimate that employees spend up to 50 percent of their time looking for specific content; moreover, every 14th document gets lost in the data flood. Enterprise Content Management provides the answer to these challenges. Companies using ECM to drive state-of-the-art digital transformation are more efficient, structured and productive in every department.

“Konica Minolta recognises the need for the digital transformation of companies and seeks to develop the business of its customers by focusing on their digital workflows in all business units”, explains Olaf Lorenz, General Manager International Marketing Division at Konica Minolta. “We are looking forward to presenting our ECM solutions to our customers and demonstrating the additional benefits of our Managed Content Services that are specifically geared towards the individual needs of companies wishing to increase their operating efficiency.

”In line with Konica Minolta’s slogan for the trade fair: “You want to go digital. We will get you there.”, CeBIT visitors will have the opportunity to experience simulated processes in areas such as e-mail management, contract management, and the processing of personnel files or invoices. At its stand, Konica Minolta will be illustrating how ECM systems can be integrated into various types of workflow, ranging from document capturing and digital processing to archival storage.
