This is in line with the Konica Minolta long-term Eco Vision 2050, in which the company set clear targets for the reduction of emissions throughout the entire lifecycle of a product.
To ensure the success of Eco Vision 2050, Konica Minolta, in conjunction with its business plan, set specific targets in the areas of Environmental Value and Corporate Value. Additionally, Konica Minolta implemented global measures to help cope with the issue of climate change. Developing energy-saving product designs and solutions, promoting energy conservation and improving production efficiency as well as offering various environmental technologies and know-how all helped to reduce CO2 emissions in all areas through collaboration.
