Konica Minolta is again sponsor partner of FIS Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined

| 18 November 2015

Konica Minolta confirmed again its engagement as “Official Data Sponsor” for FIS Ski Jumping World Cup and FIS Nordic Combined World Cup in season 2015-16. The sponsoring of FIS as one of the biggest international sports federations gives Konica Minolta a presence opportunity at 60 ski world events in twelve countries in Europe and Asia.

This is the fourth season for Konica Minolta as the “Official Data Sponsor” for FIS Ski Jumping World Cup and its third season for FIS Nordic Combined World Cup. The leading global service provider in the fields of IT- and document processes as well as digital production printing solutions aims to extend the positive impact of last year’s sponsorship on its overall brand awareness.

“The FIS sponsoring fits our brand perfectly: Just like with Ski Jumping, we also strive for technical expertise and outstanding performance to deliver efficient and effective business solutions to our customers. Additionally, Nordic Combined not only requires instant power and strength for the take-off when ski jumping, but also endurance to last for the long distance – both virtues for which we are verifiably known in our industry”, says Olaf Lorenz, General Manager International Marketing Division, Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe.

The FIS Ski Jumping World Cup 2015-16 is held from 21 November 2015 to 20 March 2016 in 37 ski-jumping competitions in 21 different locations in ten countries (Germany, Finland, Norway, Russia, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Japan, Kazakhstan, and Slovenia). The FIS Nordic Combined World Cup 2015-16 is held from 28 November 2015 to 28 February 2016 in 23 competitions in twelve different locations in seven countries (Finland, Norway, Austria, Germany, France, Norway, and Italy).
