Konica Minolta awarded Top Position in the Quality Management Level Research by JUSE

Langenhagen/Germany, 1^st December 2014Konica Minolta received the highest ranking in the assessment of “customer centricity” and “capability to take good system into other parts of the company,” among a set of six factors1 to evaluate systematic programmes toward quality improvement and the status of ongoing activities. In addition, the company was among the top three in the assessment of “development of human resources to execute quality management” and “management of security, safety and trust.”
