Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd. has today announced that it is acquiring ProcessFlows Holdings Ltd, a wholly-owning parent company of ProcessFlows (UK) Ltd (“ProcessFlows”). ProcessFlows is a provider of technology and services for the capture, processing, management and delivery of documents, information, voice and data for an undisclosed sum.
