Charterhouse has signed an agreement to acquire Indicia, a leading customer engagement company. The acquisition came into effect on 24 December 2014.
The acquisition of Indicia is part of Charterhouse’s continued strategy to strengthen their range of offers in marketing services. With Charterhouse being part of Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe, the acquisition contributes to Konica Minolta’s strategy towards a full-service business solutions provider by adding expertise to Konica Minolta’s field of Marketing Management Services.
UK-based Indicia will give Charterhouse clients the opportunity to employ the services of market-leading experts in customer engagement. Indicia takes customer intelligence, applies insight and transforms this understanding into inspired ideas. As a result, they successfully connect brands and individuals through one-to-one communications. The award-winning agency embraces the challenge of creating powerful brand-building ideas that drive value from every customer touch point. It employs over 100 passionate professionals who have industry-leading expertise in Analytics, Planning, Creative, Digital, Data and Technology Solutions. The company’s turnover equals approximately 10 million GBP. The existing Indicia management team will continue to run the business, which will continue operating as Indicia through its current network of offices.
