Japanese Sales Supervisor

 

Responsibilities

  • Search/develop new Japanese & foreign customers and take care existing customer needs and requirements while achieving targets as direct sales
  • Research and grasp market information, market trends, trade development, competitors’ movements, and demands
  • Pursue the Quality & Sincerity for all of customers and colleagues
  • Set up the sales plan and manage with sales managers
  • Consult customers’ requirements for the KM products
  • Introduce and sell products to customers as the company target
  • Take care of the Japanese customers for customers’ delight
  • Co-operate with necessary documents, procedure for accounting regarding revenue
  • Collaborate and cooperate to accomplish the cross-sectional projects
  • Other assignments as requested by Sales Manager/General Director

Requirements

  • Japanese nationality candidates
  • Having sales experience is a plus (possible to be trained if not)
  • Related education background (for work permit purposes)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Hard-working and passionate
  • Having experiences of living/working in Vietnam is a plus
