Konica Minolta Sensing Europe puts the safety and health of our employees, customers and partners first. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and following the guidance of governments and health authorities in the respective countries to ensure we are acting to protect our customers, employees and the communities where we operate.

I would like to share an update on the steps we are taking:

  • Many of our employees are working remotely on a temporary basis. At this time all of our departments, including Sales, Service, and Technical Support remain operational, along with all of our contact us channels.
  • Our customer support desk is fully functioning to respond to your inquiries. Contact details for your region can be found here:
  • While we are limiting the travel of our sales and service employees, they all remain available to support you remotely. We are also utilizing our conferencing tools to assist customers with sales and trainings.
  • Many trade shows and industry events, scheduled for the first half of this year, have been canceled or postponed to a later date. We have also decided to postpone all seminars at this time.
