Career Background
- Junichi Arai has been General Manager Production Printing Marketing Division since 2006.
- He joined camera and film manufacturer Konishiroku Photo Industry, Inc. in 1981. A longstanding company rich in tradition and over a century old, it was renamed Konica Corporation in 1987.
- After 10 years with the Konica Corporation he switched in 1991 to Konica Business Machines, USA, Inc., in Windsor, CT, where he worked for seven years. In 1998 he took on new duties in product planning at the Business Technology Company Konica Corporation.
- In 2003, the year of the Konica Minolta merger, Junichi Arai was appointed Manager OEM Sales Division at Konica Minolta Business Technologies, Inc. In the following year he was put in charge of the Production Printing Business Development division.
